Exchange and Returns Policy

- Our standard products have exchange within 30 days after delivery of the order. To make changes you must have the purchase invoice, the product or products must be in perfect condition and have their respective labels always corresponding.

- Change requests are made only by mail informing the order number, and the item (s) to change. The change is made only for products of equal or greater value, the difference must be paid by the buyer.

- Changes are made only once, implying that no changes are made to products that do not correspond to the original purchase. Likewise, no second changes are made after the 30-day post-delivery date.

- The shipping costs of any change that the client wants to make, other than due to manufacturing defects, are borne by the buyer. * To calculate the shipping cost you can do it in the section to calculate the cost, or by sending us an email.

- We remind customers that, as they are handmade products, the tones may vary between games. Consider in the same way that colors do not always look the same on all screens.

* Special orders, made to measure requested or, with combinations of tones to order, do NOT have an exchange or refund.
